Introduction: We have been in the construction business since 2009. For a long while, we operated as licensed sub-contractor taking over complete construction activity for general contractors. We realized that many general contractors focus on profits, and less on what is good for the home owner. While most of contractors are just sub-contracting their jobs in a very random manner, we decided to break this trend and created our own business, where we are serving home owners directly by adding our own sales and marketing teams. And here we are - Pure Remodeling Inc. We are very grateful to our loyal customers and have succeeded by referrals thus far. We will be happy to serve all our clients in the same manner for their home remodeling, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling and new construction needs.

The reason I gave a one star is because these guys have a 20k minimum for any job but they don’t tell you that while messaging you to do a consult. My project was not going to be 20k any pro would have known that based on my description but these guys wasted my time by messaging me and setting up time to talk to me. 10 seconds into the call they me that. Then when I left a review they have harassed me asking why. Learn to screen the projects you engage on better.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns and it was a pleasure speaking with you although it seems as if we may have been misunderstood. This is certainly a very unfortunate feedback to receive especially since when discussing, our intention was to give you the best cost effective and convenient option. Our main priority has always been our client satisfaction and that is why we have never received nothing but positive feedback throughout the years. We like to be transparent and honest rather than pushing clients to spend money in situations where it may not be convenient for both parties.
At no point did we mean to waste your time, a consultation is always needed and often preferred in order to be able to provide you with specific details. We don't like to make any assumption and take every inquiry seriously and that Is why we took the time to call you, share all details and attempt to assist you as we would do for all our valued clients.
I am saddened to hear that you have felt '' harassed '' or bothered in any way but we only contacted you to attempt to understand what the issue is and try to see how could we further assist you as well as offer eventually more clear explanation in order to avoid any additional miscommunication, since at first the review rating was posted without any text.
We value every existing and potential client feedback and comments and we do not disregard any inquiry. If a client is not satisfied, which we are not accustomed to, of course we would reach out and extend further assistance.
