Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. He was incredibly fast, punctual, professional, and extremely easy to work with. Our availability was all over the place and he still managed to work around our confusing schedule without any issues. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about helping his customers. He fixed everything perfectly and made sure the TV was working flawlessly before leaving. Super knowledgeable, on point, reliable, and honestly one of the best repair experiences we’ve had. I had a great experience working with 3K Tech and would absolutely recommend them for TV mounting work. They were prompt, professional, and their quote was very fair for the quality of work delivered.

What really stood out was the attention to detail. The team did a full dry run before final mounting—installing the brackets, checking leveling, and walking through exact distances and clearances, including the precise spacing from the cabinet below. We aligned on everything in inches before committing, which gave me a lot of confidence in the final result.

The cable-hiding solution was especially well thought out and executed perfectly. The end result looks extremely clean and professional.

Overall, the workmanship was excellent, communication was clear throughout, and the team was very professional and polite. High-quality work from start to finish—I would not hesitate to hire 3K Tech again for any TV or soundbar installation
