I am extremely satisfied with the work Innovative Design Build and my project manager Jordan did on my home. Jordan's expertise in converting my garage to an ADU and adding a 300 sqft back addition to my house was evident from the start. He was professional, attentive, and responsive throughout the project, and the finished product is nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend Innovative Design Build and Jordan to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable contractor for their home renovation needs.

Our story with Jordan and Shayna started about 9 years ago when we searched for a contractor to remodel our kitchen. Long story short, since then, we had them done 5 different projects and recently they finished full house renovation with 820 soft front addition. Innovative Design Build team, led by Jordan, have done an amazing job! They delivered as promised (like always)- on time and within our budget. The entire process from the design and plans stage to the construction and everyday management was stress free! Jordan, our project manager, was on top of everything- materials, labor, workers management and inspections.Shayna, helped us to design our dream house, shopped with us and saved us $$$$ with her discount at different local vendors. The work was top quality and we sure enjoyed our new house for many years. Thank you to Jordan, Shayna and the entire team for turning our dreams into reality!

Overall, I had a great experience with Innovative Design Build. Jordan was the project manager, and he did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the process. He was always available to answer any questions I had, and he made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction.
Shayna helped us with the design, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and came up with a design that exceeded my expectations. She was also very patient with me when I changed my mind about certain things and was always willing to make adjustments to the design.
The quality of the work was top-notch, and the team was always respectful of my home. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that the work area was safe and secure.
In summary, I would highly recommend Innovative Design Build to anyone looking to remodel their home. They were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I'm thrilled with the results, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
