The owner of the business is top-notch - friendly, professional, wants to make things right when problems arise. I have to give 4 stars though b/c the technician he sent was a disaster.
After installing the new lock, it didn’t quite work. Not only did the technician not want to properly fix the install (he claimed the issue “wasn’t his fault”), he charged me 2x the original quote, and to top it all off was rude about the entire situation.
I called the owner, and he convinced the technician to fix the lock and refund the overcharge. He also said he won’t continue to do business with that technician anymore.
