- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work based on your budget. You decide how much packing you would like to do, or we offer full packing services. We only required 10% non refundable when deciding to work with us, 45% when loading your property in our trucks and 45% after you are satisfied and verified that no damage has been done during the process of moving and transporting your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You request and free of charge visit to see exactly what items do you have, or we can do it over the phone (video call) to get an idea about square footage for truck size, etc then you reserve our truck and workers with only 10% deposit (no refundable if you change your mind in the last 48 hours) if you give us 3 days notice, then you get your deposit back.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mardo holds a BA in Accounting and Management from San Jose State University and all employees are background check and trained in customer service and how to handle property and above all, be respectful of our customers and their property. You will not get random people in your house. All Employees are trusted and Mardo back that up!!
