- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on flavor profile that you select, size, amount of servings and how far in advance you book with me. I do offer discounts based on quantity of items ordered. The more you order, the better the price will be. I do try to work within your budget frame if you have one as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer is to first start with figuring out a theme and what type of dessert(s) you are looking for. From there we discuss flavor profiles and fillings if you want one. After we get that settled, I ask the serving size and from there I write up a quote. This quote will give a description of what is being ordered, delivery fee, rush fee(if applicable) and deposit total. When I send the quote, I also send my terms and conditions for the customer to review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any professional training. I have learned the basics through family and took it to a whole new level on my own within the last two years.
