My goal is to help you find the fastest way for you to reach your fitness goals with the proper workout program, nutrition guidance and stretching technique/yoga posture. Whether you want to lose weight, get back in shape, or push yourself to the next fitness level, I will work with you and start you off at your fitness level.  I will give you nutrition advise and a 4 week diet program, food tips and tricks, healthy snack list, recovery plan and stretches. I am 62 years old with no medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in a physical fitness program. Ana was my personal trainer meeting three times a week. She created interesting workouts that allowed me to improve my upper body strength, flexibility and balance. Ana was always pleasant while reminding me to maintain correct body position. I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness to work with Ana.

When I first began my personal training session with Ana, I was a couch potato and other than walking, I did not do any exercises. Coming into my senior years, I wanted to strengthen my body, my bones and my heart and I knew getting a personal trainer would motivate me to exercise. I really enjoyed my years of training with Ana as she made the sessions most enjoyable, many times hard, but her warm personality, her commitment and knowledge helped motivate me. The information and knowledge she imparted about the body and muscles were most helpful as she explained what the exercises were accomplishing. Because she loves what she does, she pushed you to try your best.

Ana is the most productive and motivating trainer I’ve known and worked with. She will make sure you workout 100% during her class. She demonstrates amazing knowledge of sport medicine, injury prevention, and nutrition. The energy level is skyrocking during and after her class. Also, Ana explains in great details how her program works and what is needed to achieve desired results.
