My name is Ana and I am a Personal trainer and Yoga instructor.

I will be with you every 👣 of the way because I understand mental health and fitness is a vital part of our lives and the health, safety and well being of my clients is my top priority.😉
I work with people of all ages, my youngest client is 5 and my oldest is 69 years old.
Gyms are open but not safe yet, one on one in person is a great way to stay fit, get our heart rate up to release endorphins to the brain to prevent depression and keep our immune system up.
MY SERVICES
I’am an experienced certified personal trainer and in the fitness industry more than 20 years. My goal is to help you find the fastest way for you to reach your fitness goals with the proper workout program, nutrition guidance and stretching technique/yoga posture.
Whether you want to lose weight, get back in shape, or push yourself to the next fitness level, I will work with you and start you off at your fitness level.
I will give you nutrition advise and a 4 week diet program, food tips and tricks, healthy snack list, recovery plan and stretches. I am available to you on non-training days by text to keep you motivated and hold you accountable, and most importantly make sure you are getting RESULTS 🏆
CONVENIENCE
I make your life easier by bringing the workout to you, right in the comfort of your own living place with little to no equipment needed.
I meet in person with in 5 miles from my location.
