Introduction: Hello. My name is Joe Abadilla. I am a NESTA-Certified Personal Fitness Trainer who is passionate about helping people to discover the amazing, healthy, happy person that lives within all of us.
I do this because I’ve been through my own journey and faced challenges that went beyond weight loss or muscle gain or physical fitness. I have struggled with both health and personal issues along my journey – and have worked hard to convert negative feelings into positive outcomes. It isn’t easy – but it is possible and I try to remind my clients – who I think of as fitness and health partners – that they can do it.
In all honesty, I never set out to be a personal trainer and start my own business. I just wanted to change my own life. But then a friend told me that I should try to help other people transform themselves, too. After all, I wasn’t the only one out there struggling. So, after a lot of research, I decided to go for it.
I enrolled in the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association Personal Fitness Trainer (NESTA -PFT) program. In August 2012, I passed the certification exam and became a certified personal fitness trainer. I immediately knew this was my calling. I became passionate about motivating and helping my clients reach their goals by teaching both the techniques that I learned professionally at NESTA and from my own personal experiences.

I've been training with Joe for a little over 2 months, and I train with him twice a week. Joe is GREAT! What I like about him is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. He is outcome focused, and I've been able to see continual improvement from my sessions. He always ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a personal trainer, then Joe is the man for you. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.

Joe is simply an amazing personal trainer and a true gentleman. Ive been working with Joe for over a year, and he has helped me gain stamina and strength while developing lean muscle. Joe has many professional tips and tricks to overcome back, shoulder and arm injury which Ive benefited the most. I have been working with Joe for over 2 years. In this time I have gained both strength and confidence. My workouts have changed over time as my goals have changed over time, and Joe is there each step, lift and squat. He challenges me to be better than I think I can be.

Joe has been very patient with me, this being my first time using a personal trainer. He keeps me honest by monitoring my daily progress and encouraging me to make small changes for big results.
