This isn’t your typical trainer this coach is going to push you to hit your goals. He is almost like your personal hype man. He definitely brings that energy to your workout. I personally learned a lot and gained a ton of confidence training with Coach Miggi.
A lot of trainers forget to give their clients that confidence that makes them push harder through the workout.
