Well, for me, that is a "basic" expectation of the job. So, what really impressed me was that they went above and beyond. They offered advice and suggestions which has enhanced the look of my home. They power washed before and after to ensure no stains were left behind. Before painting, they removed or caulked old pieces of wood. They pulled out nails. They sanded and scraped rough and rusted pieces. They did this even on the highest trim at the very top of the chimneys. Plus, at the end of each day they cleaned up all around the house, put away everything neatly and took away all the garbage. And BTW, due to a slight mishap, his crew painted my entire garage door without my asking for it! Now, that speaks volumes. Brandon ensures that his clients are fully satisfied with the projects he takes on and he takes full responsibility of all the work that is done.
