We were having trouble with our water heater. The pilot light was out and wouldn't stay lit when we tried to re-light it. I contacted Korey from Advanced Quality Plumbing and he came out within a couple hours of my contacting him, on a Saturday. He was polite, efficient and helpful. We ordered a replacement part from Rheem and Korey came back when the part arrived and fixed us up! I was impressed and would recommend him!

Retired general contractor of 41 years. Called my plumbers that were busy and could not take care of the job for 3-4 days. Advanced Quality Plumbing made contact with me and we scheduled for late that morning. My daughter was thrilled to get it taken care of, (this was her home). They ran a little late but when you are not the first job of the day that may be the case.(for the people who think construction is a science). So overall they accomplished the job in a professional manner and as contracted and I now have a new contact in my Rolodex. tom d.

Kory came over on a quick notice.
He reviewed the work and very honestly assessed the project and came up to conclusion that I do not need a sump pump although other plumbers were saying estimating differently. I will be happy to do business in the future. I am very recommending.

We have never had such great service from a vendor. Kory and team were amazing and we will not only use them again if needed but recommend them to everyone. They were responsive, professional and got an urgent, dirty job done when no one else would.
Wanted to add, we had to have Kory and team back for a follow-up and they did an amazing job and we are ready and on our way.
