Nick did an excellent job of communicating the process and giving us all the options before we landed on one that would work for us. These guys do not cut corners. They are very detailed and do high quality work. Their team took about 3 days to install the new system (we had no prior existing ductwork), and everyone on the team was so considerate the entire time. Others have said it before, but this is truly one of the best contractor experiences! And of course, we are enjoying our heat pump as well."See more

The team also proactively suggested power options suitable for a 100A main circuit, which was very helpful. Team also recommended options for San Jose Clean Energy rebate program, which came handy while replacing the older unit with new one. We contracted for a 2-head unit mini split system purchase and installation. From initial contact to the completed install, we received top tier service. Chris' crew were on time, professional, and very respectful of the property. They delivered a functioning system in less time than originally promised. Chris, as the PM, was present for the initial walk-thru as well as at the conclusion of the project. He remained in contact via text as needed. All in all , this was a pleasant experience. I would call them again and have recommended them to neighbors and co-workers alike. I can't recommend Chris and his team enough for your HVAC needs. Solid equipment, competitive pricing, and professional service. Rather than Home Depot or Costco, I would suggest going through AirTron. I have nothing but good things to say about them."See more
