Alexander arrived within the scheduled time window, was courteous (put on shoe covers) and when he learned that I needed an electrician instead of a HVAC service, he said he would check it out anyway. He was thorough when finding the issue (no power to the furnace). Once he was finished installing the transformer, he checked the Google Nest and there was still an issue. He immediately went back upstairs and opened the ceiling to find out what was going on and then explained the options. He was also incredibly organized and clean. Very impressed with the level of professionalism with this company and categorically recommend them."See more

(Unfortunately, I'm only allowed 3 out of 5 metrics for this review, otherwise I would have selected "punctuality" and "responsiveness", as well.) We contracted for a 2-head unit mini split system purchase and installation. From initial contact to the completed install, we received top tier service. Chris' crew were on time, professional, and very respectful of the property. They delivered a functioning system in less time than originally promised. Chris, as the PM, was present for the initial walk-thru as well as at the conclusion of the project. He remained in contact via text as needed. All in all , this was a pleasant experience. I would call them again and have recommended them to neighbors and co-workers alike. I can't recommend Chris and his team enough for your HVAC needs. Solid equipment, competitive pricing, and professional service. Rather than Home Depot or Costco, I would suggest going through AirTron. I have nothing but good things to say about them."See more
