Duke Tallam says, "My downstairs furnace stopped working last night. This morning I tried everything Google Gemini suggested from a DIY and realized gas valve was not working. Call Heating and Air Experts to schedule a repair. Sent them the model number and they provided a quote (a bit pricy on the part cost, but I guess that's how it works). The HVAC tech who came home was Abe. A very gentle and honest person and felt comfortable working with him. He knows what he is doing. He quickly swapped out the gas valve and then suggested to swap the controller board (both were 27 years old). He offered other types of repairs, which were a bit steep and I choose not to go forward. But he was amazing and quick in doing the work on a Sunday and get my system back up. He also helped negotiate a lower price on the controller and labor as well as maintenance service on both furnaces (he has to come back to do it). Very easy company to work with and Abe is great! Definitely recommend and suggest you ask for him, if you have any HVAC needs. Thanks Heating and Air Experts for fixing my furnace on a Sunday!!!"See more

I would have given him 5 stars if it wasn't for his punctuality and lack of updates. I had to enquire about the status of the part order and had to wait for 45 mins on the day of the repair. He would be great if he keeps the clients up-to-date on the times."See more

This was really amazing taking into consideration it was in the middle of heatwave weather.Servando inspected the AC and fixed the problem in 30 min. It was amazing! He checked both crawl spaces and the attic for evidence of entry before he even gave me an estimate. As for the work, he sealed all the ingress points, got rid of any debris, taped up the duct system if it had damaged or hanging insulation, sanitized the area, and set traps to check two weeks hence. His guys worked hard and were very clean. They put down plastic on the floors and it doesn't look like they were ever here. I hope we don't see any mice or rats as a result of their work inside or outside the home again."See more
