Kandis is outstanding!! She is super professional, timely, well prepared and knowledgeable!! She is also very warm and caring. I hired a personal coach several years back and had a not so great experience. My experience with Kandis is wonderful!! I so look forward to our sessions!! I have taken a number of classes lead by YogaMelissa. Personally, I have a few injuries that I need help with working around while in a class such as yoga. Melissa was able to carefully help me with my posturing, and positioning to accomidate for my needs and health concerns. Her approach is calm, gentle and warm. I appreciate her concern for yoga done properly. It is a personal journey for each individual and yet, if carried through improperly, may have negative affects. She is solid in her form and provides feedback to everyone thruought class, without disrupting flow. As far as anything needing improvement? I would say the only thing I would ask for improvement on is her quiet voice. I stay near the front so as to be able to hear her. YogaMelissa is a wonderful teacher and I ALWAYS feel fantastic after her classes!

I've been in Monique's Pilates class for over four years now. She provides a well balanced class, and makes sure everyone is working at their own comfort level to help assure no injuries. Besides a good work out, her class is always fun to attend. The time goes by quickly, and I always feel better after each of her classes.
I have taken private Yoga lessons with Jessa and she has been a superb instructor! Her extensive background in yoga training has helped me expand and strengthen my yoga practice and I always learn something new when working with her. I look forward to her classes every time!
Degenerative discs in my lower back plus difficulties in a hip have been troubling me for a couple years. Sierra has been working with me for almost a year to optimize exercises I was given in physical therapy by combining them with meditation & healing yoga. She has a wonderful positive approach & is very knowledgeable & pleasant.
Karen is one of the greatest yoga teachers I've ever had! Not only does she give lots of adjustments and have the best playlists, her classes always connect me to the root of why I come to yoga. She reiterates throughout various postures the ultimate goal is to be present and connect deeper to our body, our breath, and our heart. Karen's perspective inspires me and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to sweat a lot and deepen their yoga practice and broaden their mindset.

My experience with Ferox Yoga was a very pleasant and informative experience. When I scheduled a private session with Claire, she was very quick to respond, and she provided me with a questionnaire that addressed all of my needs, goals, and noted any injuries I have/had. I am a male individual in my late twenties, and I lift weights about 4-5 times a week. I don't have too much experience in yoga, and I'm not all that flexible. A few years back, I had spent about five months recovering from a lower back injury from doing deadlifts improperly. Since then, I've recovered, but I've noticed a lack of strength in my lower back which I noted in Claire's questionnaire. Once we began the private lesson, she assured me I didn't require any previous experience. We focused heavily on my form and breathing through many of the starting poses, and she showed me a lot of different exercises that helped to strengthen my lower back. Claire was extremely supportive and patient throughout the entire lesson. Also, her bubbliness and kindness are one of a kind! My first experience with Ferox Yoga was amazing. By the end of the session, my entire body felt energized, and I had gained more knowledge from Claire about yoga than I'd ever had. She was a great instructor, and she did such a great job accommodating me considering my lack of experience and past injury. I would highly recommend her regardless if you are an avid yogin, recovering from an injury, or totally new to yoga. She is great!

Danelle was great! For a bridal shower, we did yoga before the formal shower. She and I did a quick call to talk through things before and she came ready with a bridal playlist. When she arrived, she made it a point to chat and get to know the bride and others. The yoga was both fun and light-hearted but everyone still got a lot out of it. We had a large range of folks including someone who is in courses to get her instructor license to others who have only done it once or twice as well as pregnant mothers. She was very attentive and great at providing options/adjustments for everyone as needed. It was a great time and everyone loved it!
Mari is such an amazing trainer, yoga teacher, and health coach. She looks at the whole you, listens to you, and creates a program that will work with your life and your schedule. She is truly amazing!
I have known Alia for a very long time now and worked with her for about two years. She was the perfect trainer for me because of her background in Yoga. I have back and knee problems from when I played soccer and Volleyball and she was very responsive to that and knew all the right workouts and stretches. She kicked my butt with out out hurting me further. So if you are someone who has any kind of back problem or anything really she can work around that! Thank you Alia for your service and pushing me to be my best :)
I have taken class with Rebecca for over 8 years. Her classes are full of spirit, laughter and soul. She is particularly wonderful at teaching alignment. I cannot imagine my yoga journey without her guidance. She is a fantastic teacher and person.

Gina took a very personal approach when we started our lessons. I suffered from sciatic pain after a lower back/ spasm injury due to a bulging disk so decided to try yoga to help strengthen my lower back and lessen my pain. She was always prepared with different poses to improve my health. She has a true passion for the practice and helping her patients. Gina was in it for the journey with me and I really appreciated that.
I began yoga to improve the quality of my life and manage various aches and pain in my aging body. I've gained so much more than that; mind, body, and spirit. Thank you Emily!
