Introduction: Beside fighting, I also teach muay Thai classes group and individual to adults and children.
I train people with a purpose and first to share my knowledge of the sport to help my students gain confidence ,weight lost and develop self defensing skills.
My class can be private or a group session and here are the following type of training I provide:
-Muay Thai
-Kickboxing
-Cardio kickboxing
-Boxing

I was incredibly impressed when I started training under coach Pammy and I highly recommend her as a coach, she is an outstanding and very technical coach with great knowledge of the sport, as well as many years of professional experience. Classes are always very technical and I always get an amazing workout and learn new things every class. She is constantly there to help you and push you to do better and brings great positive energy to the class, If you do something wrong she will correct you, make sure you are focused, and show you the correct way just as any great coach would.
