My old water heater was very unique. It's a shorty with power vent. Kevin helped me to search for the right type and installed. Kevin is very patient and always helpful.

Simply put, Jose was wonderful to work with! I came home to work to find the unpleasant surprise of a badly leaking water heater. After a little research I turned it off and determined that after its 18 year life, it needed to be replaced. After putting up my request on Thumbtack, Jose was very quick to respond and gave me some great options on how to proceed. Not only did he pick up a new water heater for me on the way, but he stopped at TWO different Home Depots to find the best one in my price range. Not to mention, this was done relatively late in the evening. His flexibility was great. Once he arrived he was very thorough and professional. He quickly installed the water heater and made sure that everything was working as designed. He even followed up the next morning to see if there was anything else that was needed. A+ overall, and I will definitely be using Jose again if something should arise with my plumbing elsewhere.

Oscar was quick, responsive, professional and honest for my water heater repair. He came in after hours to review the situation and completed the work the next day. He went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were up to a high professional standard and did not cut any corners while staying at his quoted price. Highly recommended.

Did a great job with replacing our water heater. Was extremely thorough, focused on doing the best job possible. We ran into a few unforeseen leakages since our water heater was quite old but he came back the next day and helped replace those parts as well without other extra charges. In general, I felt that he did outstanding work.

Ray and Gary are highly recommended. They worked on a number of projects as I remodelled a unit: - rerouted all the plumbing in kitchen - moved location of hot water heater - added sink to a toilet room - rerouted gas line Ray is everything you could want in a professional: great communication, clear bid, trustworth, punctual, and most importantly, does really good work.

Max did a great job. Sent me a free inspection quote in the morning and showed up on time in the afternoon. Worked hard to get the water heater sensor replaced by early evening. Price is fair, very easy to work with, definitely recommend.

Greg came out to replace my hot water heater and to install a new sewage ejector pump lid at a perfectly reasonable price. He did a great job considering the many difficulties with installing the new lid.

Very competent plumber. Was able to diagnose problem and recommend a couple of different solutions and options. I ended up choosing to go ahead with a new water heater and he replaced the tubing as well. He cleaned up the area and the old water heater. And did this all in the same day. Would definitely hire again for any other plumbing issues.

I used Max when I was a building manager in San Francisco for 8 years. He was always fast, courteous, and professional. In 8 years, everything he did was perfect. Water heaters, sewer replacement, gas pipe, tankless water heaters, copper pipe, he did it all at a good price. The only time I was mad at Max was when he went on vacation and I had to hire another plumber. That's when I realized how good I had it with Max. He really is the best I've ever worked with.

Our old tank water heater started leaking, and we were interested in getting a tankless unit. I had three plumbers come take a look. The first two pointed out that the gas line was 1/2" which severely limited our tankless options. David was the only one to take a quick look in the attic space and see that the gas line was actually 3/4" right up to just behind the wall on the other side of the heater, where it was brought down to 1/2", making for an easy fix. That alone saved us a lot of money and headache, I think. David did the replacement efficiently and professionally, our new unit looks good and is working great. I'm glad I found him, he does quality work and I'd happily hire him again in the future.

Ganzo was awesome! they showed up on time, gave me fair quote. and then started right then, and they did great work. they had to cut into the wall to move gas line. once they got inside wall there were some old water pipes in the way that had to be removed. This made more work for Ganzo than originally thought. but they stood by their original quote, did not add any extra fees for the additional work. Professionals all the way! I will use Gonzo again for any piping needs i might have.

Here's what seems wrong: * The tub drains into a pipe that goes outside of the house. If you walk around the right side of the house, you'll see that this pipe is disconnected (snapped). When you run the tub, it drains out of this snapped pipe onto the concrete. * The toilet is shut off right now, but if you turn it back on, it continuously runs. Whenever it runs/flushes, if you go into the basement, you'll see that there is water leaking down a large pipe where the tub in the basement is. So there seems to be a crack somewhere between where sewage leaves the toilet and this basement pipe. * The sink seems to drain OK, but I haven't been able to get water pressure in the right nozzle.
