Amanda W. says, "My husband and I own a very challenging canyon property in South Mission Hills. We had made a few improvements over the years, but got overwhelmed trying to do it ourselves. We needed to solve the very big problem of slope erosion, while also addressing accessibility. Our ultimate goal was to create planting areas, have paths and stairways, and keep our deck from falling off the back of our house. After interviewing several contractors, we chose Exact Construction. Owner Aharon Millet understood our goals and exceeded all expectations for workmanship. Our very steep "backyard" was inaccessible to machinery, so his extremely hardworking crew had to to everything by hand, from digging the trenches for the retaining walls, to bugger-lugging concrete blocks from the front curb to the canyon.
