I had been looking for a long time for an instructor that could help my young daughter. She was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and she needed to work on her flexibility to help correct the problem. Tammy is patient, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My daughter enjoys working with her and is eager to practice her assignments because of Tammy's demeanor. I would highly recommend her.

Tammy Lemieux, has been my personal trainer for 15+ years. She has extensive knowledge in Pilates, weight training, spinning, yoga, special need training, massage, & much more. Plus she is a women of character, honest & lovely to be around! Can't say enough good things about her!!!

Tammy does an incredible job as my Trainer. At 67 she adapts everything so I can do the exercise routines to the best of my ability. She is so knowledgeable on so many fronts. I have been training with her for 25 years and will continue as long as I can.

Tammy is exceptionally knowledgable and a fabulous pilates teacher (in addition to yoga and other personal training). She is very hands on, to insure that her clients perform the exercises correctly to achieve optimal results. Workouts are tailored to client needs, abilities and objectives. Very motivating!
