I hired Marcos of new way executive cars to drive me and five others from Sacramento to the San Francisco cruise port and for the return trip 10 days later. I could not have asked for a better service. Marcos was punctual, took care of all of our luggage, and knew exactly where to drop us off and pick us up at our destination. I would not hesitate to recommend Marcos for any chauffeur needs. In addition, his fee for services was remarkably reasonable. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

We were tired of anxiously waiting for a scheduled Uber/Lyft driver and could no longer deal with all the issues that come with taking BART to SFO so decided to try New Way Executive Cars based on their positive reviews. Marco answered all our questions and was extremely responsive and accommodating so we booked his service. He kept us informed regarding our schedule, was extremely professional and an excellent driver negotiating SF traffic. Our trip was comfortable and stress free. We highly recommend Marco and New Way Executive Cars and plan to use his service for all our trips to the airport.

Highly, highly recommended limo driver. Needed a quote for a multi-day trip from SFO to Vegas to LAX. Marcos came back with not only the best price, but most importantly. the best service all round. I consulted four other limo services and consistently, Marcos was polite, professional yet friendly and catered to all my questions and even went to research adding an extra luggage rack. I wouldn't hesitate to hire New Way.

Marcos was such a pleasure to have on my birthday trip to Napa. My expectations when having a driver is typical to an Uber -- get me from point A to B (you can tell I don't have a driver often lol). However, Marcos has me feeling like I need to hire a driver all the time! He opens my doors, refills the water bottles in the cupholders after each one is consumed, and ensures all passengers are comfortable during the ride. I hired him for 8 hours, but ended up utilizing him for 10 hours. He truly is at your service when hired and extended two hours no problem. He not only was the best rate, but also the best value. I hope that other drivers share the caliber of his professionalism, courteousness, and punctuality. I will no doubt hire him again when I make my way up to Napa from SF.
