I had an amazing experience with Rachel. I started working with her with a specific set of asks- and from day 1, she listened to me, took time to understand my fitness level and developed a program that suited my goals and needs. I never second guessed her and just followed to program and the results have been amazing. I sincerely appreciated her responsiveness, and professionalism and would love to continue working with her. She builds a strong foundation to build from without shortcuts, never let me settle into a comfort zone, and that set me up for success. Highly recommend! :)Nov 16, 2020Verified

I came to Rachel's training during a difficult phase in my life and she was able to readily adapt to my issues and at almost every workout change course to direct me to the best combination of what I needed and what I could actually handle during every single session. Highly recommend!Jun 30, 2020

Rachel was my trainer for almost two years and still kinda is from time to time. She was amazing. I loved seeing before and after photos of our progress. I love that we had great convos that my work outs flew by and I didn’t even realize all the hard work I was physically doing. She makes the work outs fun. I was her success story when she was my trainer at 24hr fitness. I lost 20-30 lbs, and several inches all around. She helped Stella get her groove back. Thanks rachee!Jun 8, 2020
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our consultation will be either via Zoom or in-person. Consultations are 1 hour and include a short fitness assessment where I observe how you move, and we discuss of what type of exercise program would work best for you. At the end of the consultation, you get to decide how to move forward with training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Certified Personal Trainer - National Academy of Sports Medicine Animal Flow Level 1 Certified Instructor CPR/AED Certified
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Do your research, and find someone who will adjust their program according to your goals and needs. Anyone can take you through a workout a few times a week, but not every trainer has a full understanding of how the body moves, and progresses. Find someone who understands the concept of "progressive overload," and you are more likely to achieve your goal.
