Rachel was my trainer for almost two years and still kinda is from time to time. She was amazing. I loved seeing before and after photos of our progress. I love that we had great convos that my work outs flew by and I didn’t even realize all the hard work I was physically doing. She makes the work outs fun. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our consultation will be either via Zoom or in-person. Consultations are 1 hour and include a short fitness assessment where I observe how you move, and we discuss of what type of exercise program would work best for you. At the end of the consultation, you get to decide how to move forward with training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Certified Personal Trainer - National Academy of Sports Medicine Animal Flow Level 1 Certified Instructor CPR/AED Certified
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Do your research, and find someone who will adjust their program according to your goals and needs. Anyone can take you through a workout a few times a week, but not every trainer has a full understanding of how the body moves, and progresses. Find someone who understands the concept of "progressive overload," and you are more likely to achieve your goal.
