My name is Vanessa and I am Certified Personal Trainer with a BS in Kinesiology. My formal education in exercise science as well as real-world training experience has equipped me with the ability to construct a safe and effective program for individuals of all ages and abilities.

Vanessa is a great trainer. She tracked my fitness levels and had a great structured routine to mix up the exercises enough to keep it interesting and also to encourage me to build up to a higher level of fitness. Was sad to see her leave the club, she’s a great trainer!

Vanessa was my trainer for over a year and took me from a novice to medium level trainee (my opinion). She was patient where necessary and pushed hard but not always, especially with the more challenging exercises. Always talkative and willing to adapt to what the client wants. Fully recommend her services as a trainer.

Vanessa is extremely professional and punctual. She always comes in prepared with your individualized plan of the day. Very pleasant and easy to work with but at the same time, keeping you motivated. I love working out with her and highly recommend her!
