Vanessa is a great trainer. She tracked my fitness levels and had a great structured routine to mix up the exercises enough to keep it interesting and also to encourage me to build up to a higher level of fitness. Was sad to see her leave the club, she’s a great trainer!

Vanessa was my trainer for over a year and took me from a novice to medium level trainee (my opinion). She was patient where necessary and pushed hard but not always, especially with the more challenging exercises. Always talkative and willing to adapt to what the client wants. Fully recommend her services as a trainer.

Finding a good trainer is super challenging in this day and age with fitness being the center of most people’s concern. I happened to stumble across Vanessa thanks to a post from someone within my neighborhood. There are many trainers who charge (mainly in part to the mass popularity) outrageous prices and provide not up to par training. The buck stops here! Never have I worked with someone so educated, who cares so much, and who works with individual situations. Don’t let her caring personality fool you though, she will get you to your goals!! This trainer provides results!! Best experience of my life working with Vanessa as my trainer!
