Hana Holistic Medical Center has a fantastic studio which is worth the drive from anywhere in the Bay Area. I have taken a variety of classes and they all have been great. I would recommend taking the Thi Chi class with Xin if your looking for an experience that is truly exceptional. Eligio teaches a Qi Gong class that is the best. And Dr. Zvi is a talented teacher who leads mindfulness classes. I left his class feeling very peaceful and calm, which I needed after a hectic day. I also have been a patient of Dr. Anas Hana who provided the most amazing acupuncture sessions! I tore a ligament in my knee and didn't need my pain medication after seeing him. He is truly an amazing doctor.
