- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on square footage, slab condition and the finish you choose. Every quote starts with a free on-site walkthrough, and you get one flat, written price before we start, with no surprise fees. Every floor is backed by our 10-year limited warranty, and financing is available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is a walkthrough of the space (in person or video) to assess the concrete and talk through what you're looking for. I'll send a written quote with the full scope and price. Once you approve, we schedule prep and coating days. Most residential jobs run 1-3 days depending on size and cure times. I will walk you through care instructions before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background comes from hands-on time in Chicago with my grandfather, who's been in this trade for decades. That's where I learned the fundamentals of surface prep and coating application from the ground up. Beyond that, I've trained directly on the professional-grade equipment we use for grinding and coating, so every floor gets prepped the right way before any coating goes down.
