Our HVAC died the day before a bad heatwave. Landon was quick to come out and worked with us on price since we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel. The reason I knocked a star off was because when it came time to intall the actual HVAC system, it kept getting pushed back and pushed back and eventually when the city came out to sign off on our kitchen, the inspector noticed that our HVAC wasn't installed and required a permit. Had the HVAC been installed on time, the inspector would never have known. When I called to inform them of this new development, I was met with "well now we have to eat the cost of this permit." The problem with that is: had the HVAC been installed on time, like the company told me it would be, they wouldn't have to eat any cost. Overall I'd recommend them, but only if you're not in a hurry. Good price, quality products.
