I was very pleased with the work Stephen and his team had done for my house. There were some broken roof tiles, and water was leaking in the garage. Stephen explained replacing the tiles would not prevent from water leaking again, because he found there were thick layers of debris from the pine tree. Without cleaning the valleys, the water will not run down the roof. Also, some windows needed to be sealed correctly. Bottom line, I feel he was really looking out for me to make sure the repair was not temporary. His price was very reasonable. He ended up doing a lot more work such as trimming the tree, pressured washing the roof, painting one corner of the wall near the window. Plus, he did not charge me more than he originally quoted. The other quotes I obtained from other contractors for just replacing the broken tiles were not much less. I highly recommend Mr. Fixit. I will hire him again for future repair/maintenance in a heartbeat.
Chris came out the next day after we made initial contact about our irrigation system and he also let us know that he was running behind stated time. His initial price was as is on the site and didn't try to make money off of us. He gave us some irrigation tips and what to look out for. I would definitely use his services again if needed.
TJ was a Godsend to me in my third trimester of pregnancy! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous from our initial consult right thru the completion of the job. As others have stated in their reviews, it's a comfort to know his prices are what he quotes. Technically, the jobs I needed done were minor plumbing fixes but they were enormous to me pressed for time with family guests flying in and no clue of how and when I could fix them. TJ is friendly, timely, considerate and most of all efficient in getting my kitchen sink leak and my master bath leaks fixed in no time. I actually look forward to having him back to help me check other items off my list of home repairs and maintenance todo's. So worth every dime ;)
We hired Handee Werx to do a drywall repair and paint job at one of the rental properties we manage. He did great work for a great price. We will for sure be using him for more maintenance jobs in the future.

Due to extremely high wind over the weekend, our wooden fence became wobbly and highly unstable. After minutes of placing a repair request, Jamie responded promptly and was able to come over and assess the damage within a short time later. In person, he's highly professional and courteous with a big genuine smile. The quote was affordable, reasonable and highly competitive. The work was successfully and professionally completed in just a few hours the following day. He also nicely cleaned up the work space and its close vicinity. Overall, we are greatly impressed with his high quality of work, his punctuality and dependability, his affordable pricing and his professionalism. We'll definitely keep Jamie as our go-to handyman for future repair and maintenance works.
I had 1200 square feet of laminate flooring with about three years of floor wax build up, which had millions of scratches from my large dog. They were the lowest out of the three quotes I received, and my flooring came out better than I expected. I plan to use this company in the future for routine maintenance because they made my flooring look better than new with a buffer.
I called Steve to fix my air conditioner and he did a great job! He replaced the condenser fan motor and blade, and the capacitor. He charged me very fairly for the filter and maintenance. It is working great now! He came out quickly, had the parts in his van, and provided an excellent service. I would most definitely recommend him.
I needed a clean up of a badly overgrown garden that included a medium to small lawn with lots of crabgrass some hedges and an apex 250 sq ft slope with shrubs and ivy and some early daisies. It was a mess. I wanted a cleanup and a regular maintenance service set up. I called several gardners. Some through thumbtack. Alex was one, he responded immediately; set up an appointment to see the job. He was very knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and asked follow up questions. He gave me a very reasonable bid on the spot. His maintenance service bid was a little on the high side compared to the other gardners I saw. But he was very willing to take on the slope and keep it up so I felt the price was fair. I am so glad I decided to hire Alex he and Adolfo his helper have done a great job on the clean up. I am very very happy and am sure that the regular maintenance will be great too. Do yourself a favor call Alex.

Jason does a good job painting my walls. I would definitely recommend him. I would also hire his services in the future, if i needed a tv wall mounted and my hall and bathroom repainted to another color. Overall, very satisfied with his work.
Very professional people. They found tenant to our vacant property very quickly when we abandoned the previous prop manager (who could not find us tenant for over 6 months). We are talking about very nice townhouse with new floor, new paint, and in a good neighborhood. They handle the maintenance and urgent matters promptly with good quality and price.

I communicated with Jason Santos and booked window washing for my home. I was called Saturday morning of the job booking and was told that he needed to reschedule for the following Wednesday due to a job in progress that would take more time. I agreed. On Wednesday I waited and he didn't show up. I called his office number and left a message with their voice mail. An hour after the scheduled arrival of the company with a "no show" I called his office again and received voice mail again. I left a message and asked to be called back. I never received a return call and Jason never called to explain or apologize for the no show. Hence, my 1 star rating. I actually think that 1 star is one too many for this company. I strongly advise that you do not hire this company for any service.
I moved to Glendale, CA from out of state in 2011 and S.I.G. was the first and only property management company I needed to deal with. From the time I moved in, all throughout the four years I lived in my apartment, they were always very accommodating, but to be honest I rarely ever had to communicate with them. In my opinion, this is the best relationship you can have with a landlord! On the rare occasion(once, maybe twice in 4 years) that I did need help with something, they were always very easy to reach through phone or email and would send maintenance out the same day. I've since moved out of the area, but when I return, there's nobody else I would go to for a place to live than S.I.G. Thanks again S.I.G. and I hope to be back soon!
These gentlemen were phenomenal!!!! They cleaned out stains left form when my dog had her puppies. They got out EVERYTHING!!! The stains were old and VERY TOUGH!!!! I appreciate their help and recommend them to ANYBODY/EVERYBODY looking to carpet cleaning or their services!!!!
I used to own a property in Baldwin Hills, CA, when I met Meikaa Rochele, between 2005-2010. My wife and I were very busy, and didn't have a whole lot of time to manage our investment. That is when I was introduced to Meikaa Rochele. One of the best days of my life. She makes repairs and maintenance for the home/apt stress free. She does a lot of the behind of the scenes work, by getting budget-friendly estimates. I like the fact that she lived on the premises and handled our tenant relations with poetic justice and communicative ease. She was a great liaison between all parties. She e-mailed monthly reports/updates to me, and if I ever needed to schedule an in-person business meeting with her, she was readily available. She is a one-woman company, but, handles her property management duties with great poise and organization, and as her employer, I like the fact that she treated everyone as she would like to be treated. She was a gem when it came to dispute resolution in regards to tenant or vendor matters, and that is why in 5 years, we had only 3 evictions(which she tried very hard to avoid). She directly deposited rents to my bank, which could hardly be more convenient for me. Overall, if I were still living in the California area, or owned any property there, I would never have given her skills, dedication, and personality up. She is an excellent and efficient property manager and anyone who hires her will be pleased with her job performance.
Removed a fiberglass tub/shower enclosure, fixed plumbing and installed a new fiberglass tub/shoer enclosure. John went out of his way to find the large enclosure needed to do the repair.
