My Pilates instructor recommended Clyde and MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques) to see if it would help my problems. She was confident it would and she was right. After the first visit I could already see significant improvement, Clyde was able to find the problem areas quickly and worked on them during the very first visit. After 3 visits I was feeling a lot better and my whole posture changed. Clyde was able to improve my range of motion in various areas in ways I never expected. Intuitive Eating is where it is at for me. I believe life is to be enjoyed while being mindful. Lisa has an important message: trust yourself. Find out if you are eating because of hunger or something else. If it is not hunger, one can go to the next step and figure out (not easy) what is it that is bothering them. I found out I eat out of boredom. Now, I try to stop. The only pressure in this work is to listen to your own voice. I hope everyone will do this work.
