Chef AZ and his assistant were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the experience felt like having a fine-dining restaurant right in our home. They didn’t just cook for us — they plated and served every course beautifully, were attentive throughout the entire dinner, and made sure we could simply sit back, laugh, and enjoy each other.
The menu was incredible: tomato basil bruschetta, tableside Tijuana-style Caesar salad, beef and chicken shish kabobs, orecchiette pasta, and classic tiramisu. Everything was fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and there was plenty of food.
What really stood out was the service. Chef AZ and his assistant were professional, personable, organized, and made our women’s dinner feel so special. The tableside Caesar was such a fun touch, and having each course plated and served made the night feel luxurious without us having to lift a finger.
They even handled the preparation and cleanup, which meant I could actually enjoy my own party instead of being stuck in the kitchen. 😂
10/10 experience. I would absolutely hire Chef AZ again and highly recommend him for anyone wanting an elevated private dining experience. Great food, great service, and an unforgettable evening. ❤️👨🏽🍳✨

Chef AZ was amazing. He came out to our hotel suite to cook for a group of 6. This was our annual women's spa trip. He and his assistant rendered a delicious meal and cleaned the small kitchen after. The meal was presented as advertised and we enjoyed it. The price seemed high but worth it. I would recommend his services.

Chef AZ did a wonderful job he came with his assistant and together they worked well as a team. We changed things a little as he was doing the presentation for us and he easily was able to pivot and work with us. I would definitely hire him again. My friends loved him and everything worked out great😃
