More specifically I take all of your favorite meals and turn them healthy without losing any flavor or quality. My lifetime goal is to prove that eating for your health can be more delicious, diverse, and dynamic than you ever thought possible. Imagine a fine dining experience with Pistachio Crusted Wild Cod topped with Fresh Citrus Salsa and my Signature Creamy Lime-Dill Sauce...Or a backyard bbq with slow cooked BBQ Pulled pork & sticky mashed potatoes... or a Scratch Made Ramen Night... but here's the catch... the entire meal is gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, refined sugar-free, legume-free, soy-free, and preservative-free!
