Introduction
My name is Tatianna and I am a certified personal trainer and I am currently in school for an exercise science degree. I started my business about 4 years ago in the middle of the pandemic training my mom in the backyard with 5lb dumbbells and some resistance bands. Now i have all the necessary equipment to help anyone and everyone reach their fitness goals. I do the training out of my home gym for now until I can find a nice studio space for myself. I'm passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves. I charge $30 for 45 min, $40 for 1 hour, and $55 for 1 hour and 30 min. *SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY* Please 😁 We get charged each time you message a professional.

Tatianna helped me lose the weight I gained during quarantine. She is consistent, knows what she was doing, and most importantly she is patient. I’m not one to respond well to yelling or criticism, so finding a trainer that was patient and encouraging was vital for me. I also love that she does group workouts, so sometimes I invite my friends and it’s so much fun! I highly recommend Tatianna!
