Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Aaron is a brilliant personal trainer. I started my training with Aaron to help prevent another injury to my hip (due to extensive running). I’m a classically trainer pianist and cellist and music is my career and life, therefor I have to be very cautious with my hands. I’ve worked with other trainers in the past and the main issue is most of them do not understand the concern with my hands and tendons. Aaron was extremely patient and always respected exercises I wanted to avoid due to my hands. He also resolved the problem in my hip and helped to prevent another injury in the future.
I have been training with Meghan for the last 3+ months and have noticed a significant improvement in positioning, mobility and balanced strength ever since. Meghan is professional, attentive and focused on helping me achieve my fitness goals. Adrien's training style is very intense, he's very easy to chat with about almost everything. He is very motivating and keeps you on track and makes sure to check in with you about your progress regularly, even outside the session. I appreciate the commitment that Adrien puts in to the nutrition as well and everything together as a lifestyle change. If uou are looking for a trainer I would highly recommend him.
I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.
Lucas Enge is doing a fantastic job of getting me fit. I had been thinking about hiring a trainer to provide structure, direction and accountability for months. When I finally realized I would not have success on my own, I reached out to a few trainers. Lucas provided a free consultation and assessment. I appreciated his clear explanation of how his training program works. After consulting with two other trainers, I selected Lucas primarily because of his approach. It's clear I made the right choice. Lucas is very attentive during workouts - watching carefully and providing instant feedback, including photos and videos to improve posture and movement. The post-workout stretching is unique and very helpful to getting past those initial bouts of soreness. I like to understand why the workout is focused on certain movements or muscle groups, and when I ask questions, Lucas does a great job of explaining. Lucas is very focused on nutrition and makes it a central part of your fitness program. His approach is keyed to long-term success. He assesses your current diet (you maintain a food diary) and gives you feedback on ways to improve vs. requiring sudden significant changes. Lucas is friendly, patient, attentive, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
Run, don't walk, to Derek Carter! What an amazing trainer. He has a degree in Kinesiology and knows his stuff. He knows strength training, yoga, stretching, aerobics, diet, acupressure. He also has a charming personality, is always on time and is priced fairly. He's GREAT!

Personal training with Denise has been a very good experience. We do couples' training and plan to continue for a while. She keeps changing the work outs which makes it fun. Always on time and always encouraging us! If you are like us where you pay for the gym but never go, training at home is a much better option!
