Melissa does amazing in-home cooking lessons. We asked to learn how to cook meat on the bone, and ended up with bone-in pork chops, pan sauce to top it, one-of-a-kind couscous, and delicious roasted vegetables - all in a two hour lesson. Melissa was a consummate professional and teacher, but she was also a blast to work with.
