I can give you world-class training by applying this knowledge and incorporating cutting-edge independent research that is even more updated than any certificate or degree available. I’m a nerd when it comes to reading medical journals online.
I can train you at Key2Fitness, my home/garage gym in Santa Barbara, or at your home or nearby park with the equipment I carry.
