Bruce quickly responded to my request for a hot water heater repair, was at my house in under 60 mins on a Saturday. After an honest assessment that the whole heater needed to be replaced (my GE model was discontinued), Bruce was able to remove and install a new heater (with new valves, pipes, insulation, sediment trap) in under 4 hours. Very impressed, he’s definitely my new go-to guy!!
I called Manny on Tuesday afternoon, he arrived in the evening to assess the problem. He showed up on Wednesday morning early with all material necessary to replace a hot water heater. Was finished in 2 hours and we have hot water once again. Nice guy too.
I was out of town for work when my water heater started leaking. I was able to hire Max thru Serviz and by end of the day he had completed job. Very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend his service.
Juan is truly a professional. He provides fast quality service and is very affordable. He takes actual pride in his work and it shows. He just repiped our ENTIRE house IN ONE DAY including a new water heater. We love our new Pex pipe. If you have a chance to hire him, DO IT.
All In One Plumbing & Drains, Inc. removed and disposed of our old water heater at a $35 charge, they got the permit for us at a $50 charge plus the cost of the permit at City Hall, they picked up and transported the new water heater from Orchard Hardware, around 2 miles at a $35 charge and installed the water heater in around 4 1/2 hours and it passed inspection by the City the next day. Cesar and his apprentice were very courteous and friendly and did a good job and the only complaint I have about their service is the final price. The Thumbtack.com price they advertised online was $225 but the final price turned out to be $700, over 3 times what they advertised. I would have left off one more star in the rating but they are still cheaper than Sears and the other licensed contractors that quoted us prices on Thumbtack. A couple of the handymen on Thumbtack quoted less of a price but there's no guarantee with someone that's not a licensed and bonded contractor. I don't know what these quotes on Thumbtack are based on and I forgot to ask them about it but these people need to be more honest about their final estimates since $225 plus $120 plus the permit price of $47 doesn't equal $700 dollars.
Frank and his crew were fabulous! Respectful and professional, Bernal's Plumbing knows how to treat their customers. My tankless heater was going out...Frank came by and inspected the unit, laid out options of what could be done to correct the problem, then resolved the issue. Once the new heater was installed, he walked me through what was done, etc. I'm very satisfied with the job and plan to hire Bernal's Plumbing again. GREAT SERVICE!
TJ helped us getting hot water installing a new heater. He was very affordable in price. Great to communicate with. Amazing can do attitude. I will definitely recommend him 100%.
Fantastic to work with Joel Mayorga of Platinum Plumbing He was the first to respond to my work request. Answered every question almost immediately! I have tenants living in my home in Los Angeles & I live in Miami. I wanted someone I could feel confident with doing the work 3000 miles away. My tenants have been going without hot water due to ineffectual work by American Home Shield repairs My former TAKAGI tankless was never vented properly nor valves put on for easy maintenance. It was a 15 year old tank Joel described via this app exactly what I needed. I sent him photos so he could see the space. He offered me several options I decided to get a NEW Noritz tankless heater. He was at my leased home within 2 hours ; new heater & all necessary parts in hand! It was a big job but in a few hours; DONE! He returned the next day to make sure all was ok & water temp was holding. He even serviced my HVAC heater at no extra cost! Will I be using JOEL again?! YOU BET I will! Using him for ALL my heating & AC & plumbing needs!
I needed water heater maintenance and my main water line was broken. Jim did a great job. Trustworthy and very professional and his rates were very reasonable. I will definitely hire him back.
Julio & Willie came by to do an estimate and we decided to hire them on the spot! They replaced our hot water heater, two faucets and hooked up our fridge to a water source. They did a great job and were also fun to be around! I recommend them for all of your plumbing needs! Thank you!
We woke up to find our hot water out and scrambled to find someone who could come.w fix our water heater that same day. Thankfully we found Elite Contractors Inc. They sent a technician out within two hours of calling and fixed the problem within 20 minutes for a reasonable service fee. Easiest repair experience I've have in a while. Thanks, Vladimir! We'll definitely be calling them in the future.
Rob and crew did an excellent job installing my new tankless water heater. He was very considerate, listened to my concerns, explained things to me, and did a great job with the installation at a fair price. He also offered a warranty on the installation. I ended up getting my own electrician to install the power for the unit, but before even coming out Rob also asked the needed questions and provided options for that. He even provided his estimate over thumbtack which few people were willing to do. If you're putting in tankless I would definitely recommend him.
We are so glad we hired Blue Streak for our water heater replacement. Efrain, the owner, was very responsive, thorough, honest, professional, and quick. He was able to come out within 2 hours after we called him with our water heater problem. He was even nice enough to do us a quick favor and unclog our bathroom sink within minutes! If you have plumbing issues, Efrain is your guy! Thank you, Blue Streak!
I was absolutely thrilled with Rudys service! Our tankless water heater went out yesterday late afternoon! He came yesterday evening, explained the problem- came today to replace the old unit and quoted us a reasonable price! Since we purchased the old one 10 years ago, this new one is a better one! We were thrilled with his professionalism! I would AND WILL recommend him emphatically! That is why I gave him a 5 star! I would give more but it only goes to 5stars.
He was right on time, and did great work for the price quoted. The new water heater he installed is of high quality, and it is working marvelously.
They came to replace my old water heater with a tankless water heater that i had purchased. They removed my old tank and started to install the tanks less water heater and found the unit i had purchased would not work. So they reinstalled the old tank, ordered a new tankless and returned the following day and installed it. They could have charged allot more for the rework but did not. Truly proffetional and efficient. A real family owned business that cares.
Luis was excellent. He repaired my 2 faucets and he also repaired my bathtub drain. He took the time to show me the problems and fix them properly. He double checked his work to be certain everything was in working order. As a Property owner, I hire a lot of people and I don't always find people I want to use again. Luis is someone I will work with in the future!
We had just bought a new house and wanted to renovate a bedroom and bathroom that had not been permitted by the previous owner. We hired Ronald Butler and his crew because out of all the contractors we interviewed, he seemed the most knowledgeable and apt to delivering the services we were looking for. From the outset of the renovation, it was clear that our new home was going to need much more work than we anticipated. The discoveries we made when opening up walls, prompted us to change our scope of work. We were now facing new electrical, plumbing, foundation, roofing, and flooring among other things. My wife and I were nervous about the changes because of the financial ramifications, and with two small children, the impact it will have on our living conditions for the next several months. Fortunately for us, we found the right contractor. Ronald's no nonsense advice, professional guidance and expert workmanship has made this process a lot more manageable than we thought. The project included in addition to the aforementioned scope: new floor plan, new HVAC, new tankless water heater, high efficiency appliances for a new kitchen, solar tubes, new electrical sub-panels, two new bathrooms, with new tub, all new fixtures, toilets and sinks, new laundry room, energy efficient recessed lighting throughout the house, new copper piping, gas piping, new electrical conductors, recepticles and switches, new windows, interior and exterior doors, new drywall and paint, new insulation, and a new 400 square foot deck. There were many challenges throughout this project, and Ronald and his crew met and overcame each one in a timely fashion, with courtesy and professional tact. My wife and I feel very fortunate to have found Ronald. He has not only delivered us a completely renovated home, that meets all of our contemporary criteria with all the new energy efficient home options, but he has also given us peace of mind and security for us and our children in an ideal home for many years to come. ....photos coming soon.
Excellent work and timely service. Arrived on time and completed the job within 4 hours. Very please with the water heater. I would recommend them again for water heater replacement and installation in San Gabriel Valley.
Scott Nason is the only Handyman that I will ever use. He painted four rooms. He repaired my fence and low voltage landscape lighting. He fixed a bad case of dry rot in my exterior doors and exterior window frame and trim and fixed a major dry rot situation in my laundry room after installing a new water heater. He removed decades-old oil stains in my carport then refinished the concrete to match the exterior of my home. He put up extra shelving in my storage shed and laundry room. In a bathroom he removed and replaced tiles so the plumber could access the fixture that was being replaced and then put in a new sink and faucet, tiled the countertop in marble, slate and ascents, then put in a new mirror and lighting fixture. He fixed the oven fan. In the summer I plan to have him paint my exterior wood trim. He has a large number of before and after pictures and you should look at them. He is a perfectionist and is not satisfied until the finished look is perfect. I would be fine if the work looked just OK and not perfect. The cost of his repair of the dry rot in my doors and windows was much less than replacing the doors and windows.
We had a dire situation late in the day to get hot water restored at our home. The project required a tear-out of an old "tankless" water heater and refit to install a new hot water tank. Oscar knew exactly what he was doing, was dedicated enough to work late and had the job done in s few hours. Thank you Oscar!
