Introduction: I hold a B.S. in Physical Education with an emphasis in physical therapy. I was a competitive athlete (water polo, swimming and cycling)in my younger years, and have been working in the fitness industry since 2008.
I started out as a CrossFit trainer but soon found that although CrossFit can produce excellent results for a large number of people, I encountered a lot of individuals who found it be too intense and not sustainable for them. With this knowledge I chose to expand and become a certified personal trainer. I have also included a Starting Strength certification taught by Mark Riptoe as well as a Power Lifting certification from NCCPT and a Kettlebell Instructor certification from Strength Matters.
I enjoy working with all ages and fitness levels, utilizing functional fitness to help one achieve their goals. I strive to develop a creative exercise program tailored to your specific interests, your current fitness level, and your time availability.
