Omg the wedding planner and decorator sent from the Gods!! A bit dramatic for me to say, i know, but Nicole saved me! I tried to plan my own wedding, even got my mom involved and that took a turn for the worse. Nicole met with us, spoiled us with cold champagne, we talked about every detail and it she hit the ground running. It was amazing to see her level of expertise and decisiveness. So happy she could plan and decorate my wedding so magnificently ! You are an angel and I recommend Nicole and her fun team to anyone who is looking for a planner or designer. My husband and I live in the Bay Area, but decided to have our wedding in Morro bay. We contacted Nina and Jeremy and booked them right away. They were essential to our wedding! My flowers were GORGEOUS! My mother-in-law used to be a florist, and she was so impressed by my flowers and the unique colors that Nina was able to find. Nina was fantastic with keeping myself and my husband on track, and had our wedding and reception run smoothly. Jeremy was an amazing DJ! We had requested a few songs and Jeremy was able to get an idea of what kind of music we liked and would fit best with our requested songs. Our guest were dancing the whole time. My wedding was the best wedding I have ever been to, and Nina and Jeremy were one of the main reasons why it was so great. Nina has fantastic communication skills and really listened to my husband and I for what we wanted. I'm so happy that we went with Nina and Jeremy. If I have another event in central California, they will be one of the first people I call.
Mike Roese did an amazing job at our wedding! It was his first wedding and you would not have even know. Mike was very professional and fun. He wrote a beautiful, fun ceremony. He listened to everything we asked. He was very pleasant to work with! If Kevin and I ever decide to renew our vows mike would be the only one for us!!!!
Jen made a custom backdrop for my wedding, and did an absolutely fabulous job. I cannot recommend her highly enough. My husband and I knew we wanted something colorful to hang as a backdrop for friends to pose in front of for fun photographs. But other than that, we had not a clue! Jen took the time to develop a pinterest page for us with lots of ideas that she thought matched our concept. We selected a few models that we liked, and Jen modified them to merge our favorite aspects from each. She then sent us a selection of fabric swatches to choose from, and was very patient with our questions about what would look best. Once she started making the backdrop, she kept us updated and included in the process by sending us photos of the entire process. In the end, the backdrop she designed and created was a beautiful addition to our wedding, and made for some of our favorite photographs from that day. Thank you, Soul & Oak!!!
I had the pleasure of hiring chef to cater my husband’s 40th Birthday weekend in Pismo Beach. He provided excellent service at a great price. He setup a continental breakfast on Saturday morning, he was there at the agreed upon time and everything was fresh and tasty. He came back later in the afternoon and prepared a delicious grilled feast. Sunday he prepared a scrumptious brunch, and fixed eggs made to order. We had more than enough food for all of our guests, plus leftovers. Our friends are still raving about the good food he served.
We used Debbie to cater our wedding last Saturday and the food was excellent. We served heavy appetizers and our guests loved everything. They packaged up the leftovers for us and did clean up as well. Her staff was very friendly and professional. I've also taken a few of her cooking classes and they were fun. She gives you the recipes and I've remade several of them. They all came out just as good as when she made them in the class.

There was nothing that went wrong on my wedding day, and if there was, Cari kept it private and I never knew about it. As a bride, I did not get one thing asked of me on the wedding day. She took all the pressure off of my husband and I. Our event ran so smooth and we got endless compliments on how incredible our wedding was. Everything was more amazing than I ever dreamed of and came to life because of Cari. She listened to everything I wanted and didn't try to make it her wedding.
