Latest Review: I am 57 years old (no Spring chicken) and came to Thomas for tenor sax lessons. My purpose is to perform and record sax solos for classic rock and blues. Thomas does a great job with understanding my goals and giving me a road map to achieve them. Very patient and intuitive.

Latest Review: I have 3 kids that have all taken piano lessons from Wendy. We started lessons from her in 2004 and are still taking lessons with her today. She makes piano fun for kids while challenging them at the same time.

Latest Review: She's very knowledgeable about music and very passionate about what she does. I was very scared of taking piano lessons because I thought I was too old for it, but she helped me overcome that fear. She made me feel confident about myself and pushed me to do better. I really appreciate her patience and encouragements. I also liked how she's interested in the kind of music that I like to play. I told her I was more into church songs, so she found a music book that had songs for my level. I am very thankful for the effort that she put in so I could learn how to play and have fun at the same time.

Latest Review: Alex is amazing. I'm new to playing drums (but not to playing music). From the first lesson, Alex gave me exercises that were not only fun to practise, but also musically interesting. He teaches by introducing a student to great beats, not by getting bogged down in theory and technique. That said, my technique is definitely improving ( and Alex himself is a technically impeccable drummer) coming as a byproduct of working on enjoyable exercises (its not unusual for me to end up practising for two hours). In short, Alex knows how to drive home core musical foundations while keeping it fun. Alex is also a fun, friendly and personable teacher. I'll admit that he was not the least expensive quote I received on Thumbtack, but something about his methods and personality told me to give him a shot. I'm so glad I did!

Latest Review: My two (2) kids go to this school for Piano Lessons. It's a great school with teachers who care and they even got (ONE) of my kids to actually play correctly and she now likes playing the piano. They are strict but have real concern for the students and offer a great environment to excel. I would recommend Donna Lee and her Music School anytime. A+++++++

Latest Review: Maddy taught my twin daughters piano. They were 11 years old at the time and one has a learning disability and ADHD. Maddy was an energetic and skilled teacher. She was able to teach to the learning style of both girls. Maddy is patient, talented and able to tailor her lessons to needs and ability of each child. She was/is a fantastic teacher. We were sad when she moved to LA.

Latest Review: I am an older first time piano student. Kevin took the time to understand why I was interested in learning the piano and his lessons were tailored to my capabilities and desires and were very supportive. The lessons were productive and enjoyable. I highly recommend him as a teacher for any age student. -Shanta

Latest Review: I personally do not have official piano lessons with Ms. Rose, but I do ask her for piano playing tips and advice every Sunday when I see her in church. She is always helpful, inspirational, and amazing to talk with about piano and music in general.

Latest Review: Radina is such a great teacher, always friendly, professional, patient, she knows what she is doing. I've been taking lessons with her now for about one year and I always look forward to my vocal lesson. We work on songs which I can pick but she also recommends great songs to practice.
