Peter could have kept me posted on the one day delay of the shower door delivery. Every thing else was as promised. I am very happy with the shower door, the windows he replaced and the screen he repaired.

Kevin Ghazarian worked with me on a variety of prominent projects at my home. In all aspects from budgeting, design, planning and organization of the construction schedule, he was a tremendous asset. On each home improvement he displayed exceptional qualities of creative-problem solving, fortitude as a leader and task-master and attention to detail in design and craftsmanship. I am very pleased on how well the projects turned out, which is due largely to his professional contributions. Highlights of projects are described as follows: 1. Interior painting of several rooms and kitchen. The design motif was a traditional Tuscani color scheme. The original and uniquely beautiful architectural elements such as the curved kitchen cabinets, wordolf walls, crown mouldings, bay windows and fire place mantel pieces were individually painted separate colors. This was challenging in its multi color design and tedious attention to painting the details. In two rooms alone there were 15 different colors used, all of which had to be the perfect color and hue. 2. Installation of wood floors. A beautiful distressed antique wood flooring was installed in the kitchen, pantry, bathroom and large family room. This involved subfloor demolition, removal and replacement, and the detailed installation of wood flooring and moulding. The hard, back breaking work required a number of workers managed by Kevin. As a result, the work flow was systematically optimized and “driven” until the project’s completion. Kevin was a relentless task master and has many skills as a talented worker. 3. Electrical rewiring of bathroom and hallway. The old wiring was faulty and insufficient and new wiring was pulled and replaced. All ceiling light fixtures, electrical outlets and switches were chosen and installed. A 3 way switch system was a necessity and was devised quickly and installed correctly to code by Kevin. This all required the knowledge and skill of a trained electrician. 4. Construction of exterior deck. This project involved much post production planning and design. “Trek” decking materials, sub deck foundations, metal piers, treated lumber of all sizes, and all the special screws and bolts needed to be estimated and purchased for this large construction project. Unlike a simple rectangular shape, this deck was complex in design with multiple angles, levels and steps. Cutting perfect angles and lengths of Trek decking were a necessity in order for this deck to turn out as provocative and beautiful as it did.

Pete did an excellent job installing my shower door. The door was not a normal style, but Pete was able to review the instructions and knew exactly how the installation should be made, from purchasing the correct drill bit to hanging the door. Upon completion he made sure the work space was clean. While waiting for the caulking to dry he was able drill some more holes for some shelves he noticed needed to be installed. Thank you Pete, I appreciate your help completing these long waiting tasks. All the above qualities are true for the work he completed.

Loyalty Counts undertook the tedious, tough job of re-grouting all of the tile in our three full bathrooms. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with this company. They are perfectionists who take pride in their work. Our bathrooms look brand new! Adrian Moreno communicated daily regarding the status of the job. There was always an email in the morning indicating the time the crew would arrive and what they would be doing. There were often other updates throughout the day. In addition to doing the job they were hired for, Adrian and his crew noticed other things , like shower door closures ,which needed attention. They gladly repaired these things as well. Each day the work areas were cleaned up. When the job was finished. There was no debris from the work done. I highly recommend Loyalty Counts. They are craftsmen who are professional, prompt and trustworthy. You will not be disappointed.

Michael has been a God sent. I hired him for a tile job which was a great price and I am so happy with the quality. He takes pride in his work and did a wonderful job. I will refer and use Michael for years to come. He is extremely talented and now will work on other projects to fix that others did not do well or did not complete. I am so happy I chose him on Thumbtack. Thank you Michael for the time and effort you have put into fixing my home for my family.

Fausto did a beautiful job of caulking my entire bathroom (shower and vanity), suggested removing some unnecessary hardware, and went on to do just as great a job installing my new microwave. He cleaned up after himself ( a great plus for me as I'm disabled) and took the old microwave away so I didn't have to get help to get it out of my condo. Reasonable prices, good service--5 stars!

We had multiple small jobs of the kind that you get when you move into a new place: run tubing for refrigerator, replace laundry hookups, install shower door holders. Ryan, their service tech, came out gave us a very fair estimate, and when we agreed, promptly got to work. He went and got the parts he needed and a couple hours later everything was done and looking great. Wish the rest of moving in was so easy! Thanks, Ryan!

Ruben was very fast in contacting me after I submitted my request for demolition of old tile and vanity, and installation of bathroom floor and wall tiling. He also has someone that can come out to do custom glass shower door on top of a bath tub which I also had done. Ruben and his crew were very efficient and quick while working in the bathroom. His prices are reasonable. The tile came out very nice. The only problem I experienced was that two to three times Ruben cancelled on me and we had to reschedule. One time he confirmed he was coming but then later that evening he had to reschedule to another day.

AGA did a remarkable job remodeling our master bathroom. They built us a custom vanity with a quartz countertop, a frameless glass shower, installed a jacuzzi tub, awesome tile-work, and other nice touches. We got a lot of bang for our buck and really great service from our project manager - Guy.

Great experience. They responded to our request almost immediately, met with us gave us both an almost instant sense of certainty that this was the company that we wanted to hire. Master bathroom was updated with jack n jill sinks and new tile shower. Kitchen has new floors, cabinets, counter tops, and was painted. They work with you and listen and we suppose most companies would but being this is our first home project, we scored!

Dennis Miyahira has been doing work for me for the past 3 years and I have been very satisfied with the work he has done. He is reliable, honest, and jobs are completed on time. He has done many jobs for me including renovating a kitchen with new cabinets, electrical, plumbing and wall repair. He installed new bathtub tile, handicap grab bars, and shower faucets. He has also installed new windows in several of my units, repaired roofs, installed wood doors and security doors.

I’ve known Kevin for many years. He has always been a conscientious, hard working, and honest individual. He remodeled my home not long ago, inside and out, and saved me not only a considerable amount of money, but the quality of the remodel is amazing. I’m still getting compliments on it. The best part was how we worked together designing the remodel so I ended up getting exactly what I wanted as well as everything being very comfortable and convenient. I had one of those popcorn type ceilings and he removed all of that. Now I have beautifully smooth and painted ceilings in every room. When I brought the house there was a hole in the living room ceiling. Kevin found and repaired a water leak from the upstairs bath that had caused it. Everything needed replacing in each bathroom. He tore it all out - walls, plumbing, floors, fixtures, bath tub, shower, cupboards, drawers, everything. He helped me with ideas on where I could find new fixtures, etc. for the bathrooms and went with me to give me his input and help me transport the items back home. The electrical wiring was old so he rewired the whole place as well as hiding TV cables that the installers had just left hanging in plain view. He installed new lighting throughout so I have plenty now when I need it, and ceiling fans too. I mentioned I didn’t have enough storage space and before I knew it Kevin had located extra room below the staircase and in the space above the staircase upstairs. He made a door and installed it in the wall below the stairs, and he took out part of a wall above the stairs and inside a closet and added shelves. I now have two new storage areas. He also laid my wonderful new tile floors in the kitchen, hall way, and bathrooms. He built the entire patio from scratch. I needed cupboards on the patio to hold gardening equipment so he designed and built those and attached them to the wall of the house. They are up off the ground and very convenient. Kevin installed a new patio roof, and he installed a sprinkler system as well – I really love that! We designed the patio layout together. Kevin had great ideas on how to build the large planter section. The flowers and plants are thriving, and I’m really enjoying the dwarf blood orange tree he encouraged me to buy. Some neighbors and friends have asked for Kevin’s contact information and they are very pleased with his help with their household problems. He enjoys nothing better than to help people. No task is too small or too large. He is a knowledgeable and multi-talented handyman. He is very kind coming back periodically to maintain my property. I don’t know what I would do without his help.
