- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For personal training, I have different session packages. The bigger the package, the bigger the discount per session. For online coaching, it is a monthly subscription basis with a 3 month minimum commitment. My personal training programs include much more than workouts a few times per week. While the main focus is on the effectiveness of our in person sessions, you will receive all the guidance and support to know that your other workouts, nutrition, and lifestyle habits are supporting your goals. Online coaching is a relationship where you receive the same programming, knowledge, guidance, and support you typically would from a personal trainer & nutrition coach online. The remote nature of online coaching is very beneficial to those who are on the go a lot and would like most of the same benefits of a typical in person experience at a lower cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For personal training, we will schedule a call to get to know each other, talk about your goals, needs, background, price options, logistics, and then schedule a complimentary fitness assessment to ensure we are a good fit to work together and allow me to determine where to start you out at. For remote training and nutrition coaching, we will start by me sending you an intake form to fill out. This will give me information on your goals and background. We will then schedule a 30 min call to go over all of this information further, gather any other information I need, an outline of what your full program will look like. We will also go over what the coach/client relationship will look like, expectations on both ends, pricing, and answer any questions you may have.
