I had several objectives that were important to me in taking private yoga. first, I had a lower back issue and so I needed someone who would take that in consideration and developing enjoyable effective yoga session. Christina really took the time to incorporate some poses that achieve my goals and when the session ended... I felt amazing! I didn’t know if I’d feel comfortable having someone come to my home, but she is so professional that it really made me feel like I had a private studio and a private instructor!
