She was amazingly helpful not only with workouts but also with nutrition. She helped me to understand how I needed to move and fuel my body to get the results I wanted. She also worked around my existing injuries (knee, bicep tendon), helping me train without pain and giving me targeted strengthening exercises that actually improved those old issues. I was not a gym girly in the slightest before we started working together. I felt very out of my depth and insecure whenever I stepped into the gym. Having another woman guide me through it made all the difference. Keeli helped me build confidence, synced my workouts with my cycle, and made sure that part of my holistic wellness wasn’t overlooked. She taught me proper form, provided modifications I could use on my own, and meticulously logged every workout (complete with videos + photos) in a shared note so I had a complete program to follow between sessions. In the 15 months we worked together, I lost 24 lbs and feel beautiful and ready for my wedding! I had several objectives that were important to me in taking private yoga. first, I had a lower back issue and so I needed someone who would take that in consideration and developing enjoyable effective yoga session. Christina really took the time to incorporate some poses that achieve my goals and when the session ended... I felt amazing! I didn’t know if I’d feel comfortable having someone come to my home, but she is so professional that it really made me feel like I had a private studio and a private instructor!
