What I liked most about my session with Carl (CJ) was the attention to detail. I felt a deeper practice than I've had in a long time; CJ came to gently adjust my poses where needed and gave me very specific instruction for adjustments that I haven taken into my other classes. Prior to our first session CJ and I spoke about what my goals were and what (if any) injuries that he should be aware of.
