- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an interview withe client and get to know their desires and ideas. i send out a questionaire if applicable. Generally I send some menu ideas for them to look over and we pick the menu. Mostly I like to meet the client face to face and take a look at the place that the party will be held and see the equipment/facilities available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates of Culinary arts from the Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park, NY 1996 I have a certificate from nutrition school certifying me as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant from Bauman College 2014 I have been a Chef in the field for 25+ years.
