We had a few hiccups with our event and had to change venues late in the planning process. This did not phase Matt as a problem in the least and was quick in finding the perfect new venue. Also, our budget did not allow for the anticipated amount for decor. Again, Matt worked his magic and the decor was a complete hit, really tying together our 80s themed Prom Night. Matt stays cool, calm, and collected throughout the whole planning process, which really adds to an overall smooth experience. If you are looking for an event planner, here is your guy!
Elyse was quite simply amazing and the best vendor I worked with for my wedding. From the very beginning, she was very responsive and did everything to help me develop a menu for my wedding. Elyse also understood my budget and worked within my contraints..something I really appreciated as I noticed many vendors would quote one price but end up costing much more. She also went above and beyond on several instances, not only providing me with suggestions on rentals and vising the venue and helping me with a floor plan but also willing to offer a helping hand with anything I needed further assistance with. Elyse and her team were top notch - my guests raved about the food!! All the ingredients were high quality and you could taste the freshness and love that was put into the preparation. I would recommend Elyse and Brass Spatula for any Catering event and hope to use her services again.
Extremely helpful in planning a reception for family & friends after my Father's funeral. All coordinated online, menu developed and pricing more than acceptable. Laurel was responsive, attentive & flexible attending to my changing requests. The Service was yesterday & the food was exceptional. The staff could not have been nicer or more considerate. Wanting to learn to cook lower calorie food that still had great flavor, I hired Zac to come to my home and teach in our kitchen. My husband is our (excellent) cook, I am not a cook (at fifty-something years old), presenting a bit of a challenge. Rising to the occasion, Zac planned a meal that read like the menu at French Laundry! Panic!There was no way I could prepare this meal. Zac said...Way! He met me at Sonoma Market to introduce me to fresh everything, not packaged anything! Back at our kitchen, the magic began and WOW! Probably one of the most delicious dinners I've ever had at home, and certainly rivaling 5 star restaurants. Our cooking and dining experience was nothing short of superb and better yet, not a dollop of butter or a drop of cream was used to create the fantastic soup, salad, and complex main course. Through Zac's exceptional knowledge of herbs and spices, he taught me to create extraordinary flavors to enhance the food, and not over power it. It was a brilliant evening of cooking! Zac is easy going, yet very assured, and his ability to communicate is second to none. Remarkable job by a talented young man who will be continuing to educate us in the kitchen and most assuredly catering events for us. Bravo, Zac...Bravo!
Working with limelight has truly been a blessing! I feel like the wedding process is such a big blur, and both Khadija and James have given my family and I clarity. The amazing part is that they work with your budget, and find ways to make ends meet. My wedding is in July, and I honestly can't wait to see the finished product! Oh my goodness, I was so, so impressed with Cheri's cooking. I've never, and I mean never, tasted a turkey that was as tender and flavorful as hers. I'm getting hungry right now just thinking of it. She catered our holiday party, and the depth and delight of all her amazing dishes tantalized all the guests. All her dishes we're cooked and baked to perfection. She's a genius in the kitechen, with a down-home, nurturing spirit to boot. I highly recommend Cheri for any catering event you're planning in the future. Your guest will rave that it's the best catered food they've ever had.
Ring of Fire offers an excellent catering experience, I first tried their delicious eats at a wedding and have now booked and enjoyed them for two corporate lunch events. Their food is phenomenal (coming from a spoiled Napa Valley local) and they are a pleasure to work with! I will be booking them for years to come!
Kendra planned 2 baby showers for me and a blessingway. Both were extremely memorable and special. She has an eye for detail and will capture the look you're going for and make it even better. She is reliable, and extremely organized. I had a hard time expressing a vision for what I wanted, but she has a way of connecting with you, getting to know your style and then making it come to life. I am so happy we had Kendra to plan these things for us! Oh and also, if you're kind of all over the place and scatter brained like me, Kendra is your girl! She is super calm nothing stresses her out.
I worked with Kris in executing grand openings and special events for World Market. Kris can always be depended on to do whatever it takes to get the job done. She was very organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once, always gave over 100% and remained professional in stressful situations. Kris was very resourceful, able to work with minimal direction and was very skilled at networking and forming business connections with people to ensure the smooth execution of events. Yvette planned the baby shower and baptism for my son. She did an amazing job!!! I received so many complaints. Yvette is extremely creative. When I walked into both events... She took my guests and I to another place. She puts events together!!! They blew me away. But what I loved most was that she was always on time, she kept me in the "know" and she was super organized. She is a joy to work with as well.
