- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to determine your current fitness level and what it is you are looking to achieve. From there we can decide the best exercise plan suited for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold Both a NASM Personal Trainer certification as well as a lvl 1 USA weightlifting and sports performance certification. I also spent several years in the United States Marine Corps where I discovered my passion for fitness.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with various clients with goals ranging from weight loss and rehabilitation to Building lean muscle and endurance.
