I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
Allison has a great sprint and is very encouraging. I learn new poses every practice and feel stronger and more balanced. I grow with every lesson and look forward to the next practice. I would recommend Allison for any level of Yoga.

Nick has a very mature understanding of the body which you will quickly realize when training with him. I respect what insight he has to many different areas of fitness. Specifically, Nick has helped me move with better quality in acro yoga, tai chi, and flow arts, and has also given me insight that helped me treat the elbow pain I had been dealing with. I booked Blair to guide an early morning yoga session on the beach as a start to our wedding weekend. She was fabulous---on time, welcoming spirit, and brought extra mats for our guests. Her flow was fun and challenging for all levels. She started our day, weekend, and marriage with light and love!

Jen led a 7 am beach yoga class for my employees during a work retreat I coordinated and it was amazing! Although the class was for beginners, the poses were still challenging and my employees enjoyed it very much. It was a great day to start the day. Jen was also kind enough to teach with very short notice.
