I had a dining room light that needed to be installed and we hired Ed’s Repair Services after the first repair man tried and failed to install it properly. They worked around my crazy schedule and did a great job fixing what the other guy messed up. It looks much better. I now have a beautiful pendant light above my table. They were fast, reasonably priced, and easy to work with.
These guys were so great. I must admit that I am very late on this review, as I had a lot of personal stuff transpire right after the move. This company came recommended from my coworker. She moved with them in January and assured me they had no hidden fees and had professional workers. The company I used previously came with 1 young guy and two Hispanic men who did not speak a word of English. This was extremely frustrating, as I had delicate pieces that I wanted to instruct the movers on. This time 4 gentlemen (about 25-35 in age) arrived, were very well spoken, and two of the guys were on my coworkers move. For some reason, this consistency was reassuring. Same guys, for me meant same good move! This was exactly the case. They were wonderful! Thank you Trammel for taking such great care of my marble table. I was so worried. The gentleman that initially installed it, said taking it apart would be more difficult. It took all 4 men to disassemble, wrap, and move my table. Its so heavy! There was no rush, no tugging at pieces, and no sticking tools in random slots. This was calculated, professional, and meticulous. Very impressive. Best part was, they didnt take their time like the company in Burbank did. At EZ Moving, each mover was always doing something at some point. Every time we walked by or offered to lend a hand, we were asked to relax and given a smile. It was nice. I was exhausted from packing and planning this move, so to be asked to relax and be in a stress-free zone was nice. One of the gentlemen, Allen or Alex, did such a great job at packing. He fully packed my entire kitchen. He didnt leave a single toothpick! We laughed at how bare our kitchen looked. His packing skills endured the 75 mile bumpy commute. Our new house is still having they pavement put in, so the current pathway is still all rocks and dirt. We were so worried about this. I think I asked them 20x about the glass. Not a single scratch! Not the pieces he packed nor the furniture they wrapped. I did not get a chance to look through any of the items as everything remained in their boxes and furniture pads. We moved in, but we had to leave out of the country right away. We are just now going through everything. Their boxes and furniture pads are completely free to use, but I asked if I could purchase both, seeing as how we would have no time to unpack. This entire move has been so rushed. But it could not have been smoother with EZ. Well be honest, we were anxious coming home from the trip, not seeing any of the pieces (each one was wrapped in entirety, not a millimeter was showing, so we could not see anything, scratches or not). So you can imagine our satisfied and happy faces. It was good rest of the day. There are no hidden fees, they will tell you upfront what is provided for free and what comes with an extra cost. They have flyers on the Internet that show the same prices, so there are no surprises or false information. They have all kinds of boxes too, this will come handy for the different items you may have. We did not pack our clothes because they come with wardrobe boxes where you just hang the clothes inside. The box opens up with a small metal rod inside, you hang your clothes, they close up the box. Very simple. My only suggestion for others is to book it in the morning or a time where they can avoid traffic, I requested a 3PM window on a Friday, so I kind of inconvenienced everyone with this. Overall, will continue to use and recommend.
Ryan answered my call the first time and was very professional. He quoted me a excellent price and helped relieve my anxiety, as we needed the pool table moved ASAP. Ryan arrived at the location with his assistant and was very knowledgable and friendly. He moved the table in 30 minutes and arrived at the location even before we had!! Amazing moving company!! I couldn't believe how smooth the moving day went with two pick-up stops along the way. They had the best attitudes combined with incredible skill and experience. They went above and beyond to help, in addition to the move they connected my washer/dryer/fridge, and assembled a vanity amazingly well and fast. I'm so grateful, thanks again TC Movers!
I had Quality Pool Table Movers disassemble, move and recover my pool table in my new home. The whole experience was flawless. Super nice guys that really knew what they were doing. My table looks so much better, and the quality of the work was great. They took their time and made sure it was right. I happened to know they had another job after mine, but they never rushed or acted like they needed to get going. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
Out standing work. Three men crew completed my 4 bedroom 3 bath house moving in 10 hrs, including back yard and three car garage!! No any damage on my furnitures and they could help you to pack if you want them to pack for you.
They showed up on time, worked diligently to pack everything carefully, and were totally professional. packed the whole house, took care of the delicate stuffs, wrapped and boxed everything nicely and also supplied free packing materials. Loading was done with ease and the moving was completed before the allotted time. Everyone I dealt with at Kingsway van lines was pleasant, honest, and totally professional. I used Presto Logistics a couple of months ago and did a terrific job moving me out of a home I had lived in for 15 years. I knew I would call them again if I made another move. No task was too big or too little for them. Their demeanor was so positive and they made the move so effortless for me. They move things swiftly but were ultra careful not to mark walls or floors. I started searching for a moving company since the beginning of January. I needed to find a company that I can trust and affordable to relocate me from Southern California to Salt Lake City. I got about 10 different quotes and talked to at least 8 of them. I ended up choosing Manchester Vanlines. From the first conversation I had with Colin, the representative from Manchester Vanlines, I was pretty much sold. I didn't choose a company whom offered me the lowest cost nor having the highest insurance coverage (which would cost me a fortune). I simply picked them because Colin has taken care of me since the first conversation we had. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. I am a super planner and super OCD! He has never made me feel unimportant or I was being annoying. I had million and one questions (seriously) and he got back to me quickly each time. He was certainly very patient with me each time we talked or communicated via emails. As the day approaching, I confirmed with my final box count and everything that will be sent through Manchester Vanlines. (Ok, here is some tips for you: 1. You must be VERY organized yourself to begin with. 2. Create as many list as you have to - reminds yourself what need to be done and what else. 3. You can't still be packing when the team show up at your front door) Tony and his team arrived within the time quoted and they were very efficient (well, of course it helped with my prepping because I wanted to be a quick and efficient pick up). Tipping is very important people! They work hard!!! I appreciate anyone whom work hard for me (even though I know I am paying the company to move me to another state). I know that there was a 2 week time frame for delivery... But after many conversations with Colin, they were able to confirm that I would get my items during the first week. So the final day came! The delivery was finally here... OH BOY! First of all, please do your homework and know about the place you are moving into... I haven't seen the apartment that I have chosen until I moved here. The driver, Marcus told me that there would be a $200 long distance carry fee... Of course I was disappointed, but I do also understand why. It was clearly stated on the contract. I ended up talking to Mike and I was glad that he ok'd for me to pay the extra on a CC. Speaking of CC. Please also do your homework. Each company expects different things... And Colin has been very cleared with me with all the details what had to happen and how I needed to pay. In the end, I received all my items in good condition and I spent all day setting up my new home! In conclusion, I could have chosen other companies. But I chose Manchester Vanlines because the amazing service that Colin has given me and I trusted him 100%. Kudos to Colin! I am a manager in retail over 16 years, I certainly understand what customer service stands for and the importance of it.
We have antique furniture and lots of glassware. We've unpacked most of the fragile stuff. Nothing broken. The guys finished the work in under the time estimated. They were courteous and careful. Need I say more?
