My name is Andrea (or Andi for short) and it is no coincidence that you are here. I am passionate about channeling the energy of love and compassion to assist others on their healing journeys. After years of struggling with depression and stress related to being a mother, an attorney and just a human being during these challenging times, I had a major breakthrough when I discovered the practice of reiki and meditation, tapping into own my power to create inner peace.
I am a certified reiki master and sound healer and offer both in person and virtual reiki and sound healing sessions. I am experienced in providing guided meditation and sound healing for individuals as well as for large groups, and provide motivational speaking on topics related to relaxation and wellness (in-person only for group sessions).

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a type of energy healing. The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy.
Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.
Reiki energy helps the flow of energy and removes blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure.
Because energy knows no time or space, reiki does not require the practitioner physically touch the client nor need to be in the same physical location as the receiver. Reiki is just as powerful in a distance session as an in person session.
