What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly learning. It doesn't matter how long a person has done something well there is always room for improvement. We improve daily through practicing our crafts as writers, musicians and producers. We constantly improve our equipment and attend siminars to stay current with the developments in all aspects of the entertainment industry.

Projects are priced individually, but Alnilam Music does have a base rate. Projects start at $25 per hour. (Most sessions are atleast two hours)
Private Instruction starts at $15 per half hour session. $25 per hour session. (Usually one lesson per week)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Brandon K. Guttenfelder (founder) "My family history is full of writers, musicians, and singers. I grew up pushing faders and setting microphones in my Father's studio. There is nothing more that I love to do than create music and help others do the same."

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Projects vary in length due to the artistic nature of what we do. However, a basic demo project for an original song ready to record can take 3-12hrs depending on how much detail the artist wants to put into the track.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What are your realistc goals for your project?
How many songs? How many instruments or people will be recording?
Please understand learning a craft such as songwritting, piano or voice take hard work and dedication.
