When Donn introduced me to his business, he mentioned that a pre-sale inspection could be beneficial when considering putting a house up for sale. My grandmother had him inspect her home prior to selling. He identified some significant issues that she addressed. His help allowed her to get more for her home than she expected, and addressing these problems in advance helped her close faster than if she waited. I would recommend Healthy Home Inspection and will use him again.
