Otherwise, Andy is a fantastic trainer who has motivated me through some challenging workouts. What I enjoy about training with him is the simpleness of the exercises. I've invested in expensive equipment and programs in the past, and all it really took was his guidance through consistency both with diet and exercise. He's not afraid to try new things to reach your goals and research answers if he doesn't know it.
